That's all bollocks really, Santa Cruz dictate the prices their frames go for in the UK. That's why some US dealers won't ship outside the US. To be fair, most US companies convert the prices of their products into sterling just by changing $ to £. I'd never buy a Santa Cruz frame in the UK, I just can't justify spending that kind of money on one.
